• Financial Inputs: Saved portfolios, ticker symbols, allocation weights, simulation parameters, Watchdog settings, and user preferences.
• Usage & Log Data: IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
• Payment Information: Payment and subscription status from our payment processors. We do not collect or store full credit card numbers.
• Support Data: Information provided via support or contact forms.
2. Sensitive Data Not Intentionally Collected
We do not ask for and you should not provide sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, bank credentials, brokerage login credentials, full credit card numbers, or your total net worth (unless explicitly requested by a specific feature).
3. How We Use Your Data
• Service Delivery: To store your configurations, run Watchdog alerts, and improve performance.
• Payments: To manage subscriptions and process billing.
• Support: To respond to your inquiries.
4. Account Deletion and Data Retention
Deleting your account removes saved portfolios, alerts, and account identifiers from our active production systems. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment processing, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.

• What is shared: Portfolio metrics, simulation results, and backtest outputs may be sent to AI providers.
• What is excluded: Direct identifiers like your email address and name are excluded where possible.
• Purpose: AI providers are used exclusively to generate educational summaries. AI outputs may be stored or logged for quality purposes. AI data is NOT used to provide financial advice.
