This policy explains how we handle your data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and the Indian DPDP Act, 2023. 1. Information We Collect (Minimization Principle) We only collect data necessary to perform the calculations you request. Identity: Email address, User ID (via Firebase Auth). Portfolio Inputs: Tickers, Weights, and Simulation Parameters. (We do NOT collect Social Security Numbers, Bank Account details, or Net Worth). Usage Data: IP address, browser type, interaction logs. 2. How We Use Your Data To Provide the Service: Storing your portfolio settings to run the "Watchdog" monitoring and simulations. To Generate Insights: Sending anonymized portfolio metrics to the Google Gemini API to generate text summaries. To Process Payments: Your billing data is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). 3. Third-Party Data Sharing (Sub-Processors) We share specific data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the Service: Google Cloud / Firebase: Hosting and Database. Google Gemini API: Portfolio Metrics (No PII) for AI analysis. Data is NOT used to train Google's public models. EODHD: Ticker symbols (for price retrieval). Postmark / SendGrid: Email address (for Alerts). 4. Global Data Rights You have the following rights regarding your data: Access & Correction: View or edit your portfolio data at any time. Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): Delete your account to permanently purge all personal data. Right to Nominate (India): Indian residents may nominate a representative to exercise their rights in the event of death/incapacity. 5.
